Work with you to set an asking price based on the market data and your situation
Order preliminary title report to make sure that there are no issues that need to be dealt with prior to a sale
Advise on any inspections/repairs that may be beneficial prior to sale
Notify homeowner of need for city report, etc.

Negotiate all offers on seller’s behalf, setting time limit for loan approval and closing date
Confirm return of verifications of deposit and buyer’s employment, and contact lender regularly to make ensure loan is on track
Negotiate any request for repairs from buyer
Manage appraisal process
Regularly communicate with escrow to ensure process is moving forward and avert any issues
Ensure all parties have all forms and information needed to close the sale
