Many people don’t realize how much goes into buying a home – here’s a partial list of some of the important things I do to make your home purchase go smoothly.

  • Research properties that meet your needs both on and off the MLS (multiple listing service)

  • Provide insight into neighborhoods, schools, etc.

  • Set up appointments and show properties of interest

  • Assist with the process of finding a lender and getting pre-qualified for a loan that is right for you

  • Order preliminary title report to make sure that there are no issues that need to be dealt with prior to making an offer

  • Walk you through all forms and answer any questions

  • Help you craft a clean, competitive offer

  • Negotiate counter-offers on your behalf

  • Contact lender regularly to make ensure loan is on track

  • Negotiate any request for repairs

  • Manage appraisal process

  • Regularly communicate with escrow to ensure process is moving forward and avert any issues

  • Ensure all parties have all forms and information needed to close the sale

  • Answer any post-close questions you may have
